Membership Requirements

1. Membership is only available at Sanctuario Malate and Sanctuario Quezon City branches.
2. Members may only avail of their privilleges in the branch where they signed up.
3. Membership is open to both our male and female guests.
4. To become a member, one has to fill-up an application form.
5. In order to maintain the quality of our membership, all applications will be reviewed by Management.
6. We may require, if needed, a referral from another member.
7. Management has the sole discretion to approve or disapprove applications.
8. We have no obligation to explain our reasons for disapproving an application.
9. Upon approval of the application, the applicant has to pay the membership dues and sign the Terms of Membership.

Membership Types

1. Platinum (Php 16,000): 12 free therapies + 1 free treatment + 12 months free use of Aquaria + 30% discount on Spa services + 10% discount on Salon services
2. Gold (Php 14,000): 8 free therapies + 1 free treatment + 12 months free use of Aquaria + 30% discount on Spa services + 10% discount on Salon services
3. Silver (Php 10,000): 6 free therapies + 1 free treatment + 12 months free use of Aquaria + 30% discount on Spa services + 10% discount on Salon services
4. Regular (Php 3,500): 30% discount on Spa services + 10% discount on Salon services
